Record baby needs help?
Hello everyone. Happy New Year to all moms and moms ttc. We will be parents for the first both in time at the end of March. We're going to have a baby shower in the first week of February and earlier or later. We need keep track of the child most likely running is that Baby R Us and Target. We need to make a list of things we want from the shops. Up Now we only have a port a crib, a few canvases, bibs and towels. We know we need a car seat, stroller and diapers. We decided to wait until after the shower to buy them. What other things so essential and non essential that we put on the record? Any suggestions or help would be appreciated. Thank you!
Yo was struggling to make mine too. I would not recommend waiting for expensive items as car seats and strollers (however, it is only necessary to have the baby seat in the house and the hospital want to find the stroller when you take the baby to the doctor that first week). You can get a travel system, which is the seat car with a car (Graco is the most popular, and you really can not go wrong with one of these). Honestly, I did not have time to buy anything whatsoever once it is born baby, now that the basic (and free). Do not worry about making the "bad" car – the baby is not all that demanding. We had a sort of cheap travel system (Safety First), which was great for the first nine months except for the fact that the seat is uncomfortable and do not cry baby. If I ever do, I'd also get away car seat (Britax Marathon or Roundabout 50 – everyone I know who has a lover, and the baby left in mourning in the car as soon as I have). The big thing you need is a swing. Seriously. It is not optional. Taking baby to sleep and is an excellent substitute for holding and rocking him until your arms are about to fall and my back hurts. We had a fisher price Papasan swing, worth every penny. Also, put a bit of light they receive covers the existence (as a pack of four or more). They are very helpful.
