This is my servey for my personal use ….. I think it is safe and Arnt link bibs are embarrassing to attach to disk espacially bibs that fit over the head are well … but for babies with large heads that are difficult to top low and often boring baby.
I think the best velcro. I agree with everything they said. ties are not the best and niether are the elastic neck.
